I've decided, for my first pattern, I'm going to make a replica of the Iowa State University Campanile. The reasoning behind this: My brother goes to school at ISU, and my Dad would more than likely give me a "Holy shit, this is AWESOME" look, and proudly display it on his desk. You'll be able to find all the posts relating to this project by clicking on the "campanile" tag... once I get more entries up, that is. I'll try to have the pattern up, as well as pictures of the progress, in the coming days and weeks.
